    2-nd place in the mini-football tournament

    The 27th of February was the day of finishing of the mini-football tournament among non-professional teams of public organizations, cultural autonomies, higher schools, and industrial enterprises. The winner gets the challenge cup.
    In this tournament 14 teams took part among which the combined team of PoliFormPlast took the medal second place.

    The product (see the news on 27.02.2009) is intended for laying of sewerage system. The product is made of polypropylene. The special feature of the product is that there are annular undercuttings in three mutually perpendicular connecting branches (two branches – 110 mm diameter, one – 50 mm). In addition to that, these three connecting branches form numerous undercutting areas on the outer surface of the part.

Production

Tooling manufacturing (press molds, stamping tools) PoliFormPlast company can engineer and manufacture press molds and stamping tools of high complicacy and accuracy (mass up to 800 kg and dimensions up to 600x600x600 mm) either with customers’ drawings or with samples.  

Metal and plastic cast molding The metal and plastic cast molding section makes production from two types of alloys – zinc and aluminum – using casting machines with locking force 1600-2500 кN. 

The section of pressure casting of plastic produces parts and components from different thermoplastic materials using casting machines with clamping force from 80 to 280 ton-force and fuel injection amount up to 600 cm³.  

Cold sheet metal stamping The enterprise has an ability to manufacture products by the method of cold sheet metal stamping with sheet (as well as plate) material, from 0.3 to 6 mm thick, using presses from 3 to 100 ton-force.

Auto components The manufacturing capacities allow us to do assembly and combination of parts by riveting or spot welding, mechanical processing of parts, drilling and cutting-away, painting metal surfaces up to 400 cm² big with powder paint.
