Engineering department

       

PoliFormPlast company has its own engineering department, which allows developing tooling of different complicacy (press molds and stamping tools): tooling of small and large sizes, press molds with cold-canal and hot-canal systems, with hydraulic cylinders, press molds with different numbers of cavities.  

If you need technological tooling for the new product we are ready to offer the complete cycle of work, beginning from engineering of the product and coming to technological working out the manufacturing process. процесса изготовления, а также провести advisory service to our partners at the beginning stage of our cooperation. 

Engineering is performed under the leading specialists’ management who have working experience of many years. 

       

Specialists of this department engineer press molds and stamping tools according the customer’s statement of work using modeling CAD-programs. On the ground of 3D-model of a product and tooling drawings and specifications are issued. At the same period of time a technologist of the cold stamping and cast molding workshop works out technological effectiveness of a product and gives to the engineers recommendations about working out the tooling. 

Engineering documentation created in this department goes through the stage of conformation with the customer and is handed over to the production engineering office to the technologists of the tool workshop. During technological working out of the engineering documentation the technological process of tooling manufacturing and the technological programs of machining tool art are specified and the tool of second order is projected. After that the engineering documentation is handed over to the tool workshop. 

Specialists of this department are experienced in the industrial design area which includes designing of automobiles, consumer goods, and interior articles.
