Assembly workshop

In the assembly workshop there are 82 people working on the main equipment of 84 items. The working area takes 2000 m².

The assembly workshop produces the wide spectrum of  parts and components for car industry:

• side door handles and trunk handles;
• commutators;
• illuminating devices and lights for VAZ, UAZ and other automobiles.

       

       

Working stages and capacity of the assembly workshop:

• pressure casting with nonferrous metals;
• mechanical fettling of nonferrous metal castings with abrasive wheels;
• mechanical processing of parts (drilling, thread cutting etc);
• powder painting of metal parts with the surface area up to 400 cm² on the semiautomated line of powder painting in electrostatic field;
• welding of parts on contact welding machines which allows welding of parts of up to 4 mm thick;
• painting of parts with nitrocellulose enamels using a manual airbrush;
• manual assembly of products for car industry (lights, external and internal handles for automobiles UAZ, eurohandles for automobiles of VAZ family etc.), using electrical and pneumatic screw driving machines;
• electrical installation of printed-circuit board and regulation using electronic equipment.
