Cold sheet-metal stamping

       

PoliFormPlast company is capable of producing products by the method of cold stamping from sheet, including rolled, material 0.3 to 6 mm thick using presses with force of 3 to 100 ton-force.

Materials used in manufacture: bronze, brass, steel 08 KP, 08 U, steel 45 and others. 

There is a rumbling section for edge cutting in the cold sheet-metal stamping workshop.

Besides that, in this section the following items are produced: reinforcement wire for plastic cast molding, contact pieces for electric and illuminating devices, spare parts for UAZ automobiles.
