OOO “PoliFormPlast” is an industrial enterprise which has at its disposal modern equipment for the precise metal-working, cold sheet stamping, pressure cast molding of plastic and nonferrous metals which allow us to manufacture articles of high quality in short terms. 

Main areas of PoliFormPlast activities:

• engineering and manufacturing of press molds and stamping tools;
• cold sheet stamping and cast molding (plastic and nonferrous metals using automatic molding machines) on a by-order basis;
• manufacturing of parts and components for the car industry.

Manufacturing capabilities of PoliFormPlast company:

• engineering and manufacturing of the three-dimensional tooling (press molds) and stamping tools up to 800 kg in bulk and overall dimensions up to 600x600x600 mm;
• cold stamping of articles of sheet materials 0.3 to 6 mm thick (with pressing force up to 100 t);
• cast molding (processing) of plastic materials (polymeric materials) with volume molded per shot up to 600 cm³;
• nonferrous casting (zinc, aluminum);
• assembly and joining of parts by riveting and spot welding; mechanical processing of parts, drilling and filing of castings; dyeing of metal surfaces of square up to 400 cm² with powder paint.
  
  

Working successfully in the market, the enterprise can satisfy customers’ needs in the areas of engineering, manufacturing and supplying of tooling production (press molds and stamping tools) and parts produced on this tooling. 

We can guarantee the quality of manufactured products because we possess modern equipment made by leaders in the manufacture and we have high-qualified engineering-technicians working in the enterprise. 

The company consists of the following units:

• engineering department; 
• technological office;
• manufacturing workshops;
• department of purchase, incoming and outgoing inspection of materials and production.
  

The united manufacturing complex consists of three workshops:

• tool workshop;
• cast molding and die stamping workshop;
• assembly workshop.

The total floor area of the enterprise takes 2.7 ha, where the production areas and storage rooms take 8000 m². The manufacture is equipped with modern home and imported equipment. The enterprise staff counts 300 people and includes experienced high-qualified specialists.  

In the enterprise the stringent control of quality is maintained and also the internal and external auditing is carried out in order to check up matching to all-Union State Standard (GOST) R ISO 9001-2008.
