Cast molding

In the molding workshops the following types of products are manufactured: non-food products of national consumption, industrial products for technical and household purposes, machine industry, electro- and radio-techniques, parts for car and instrument-making industry. 

Our enterprise has an ability to customize parts by the method of metal and plastic molding (cold sheet-metal stamping workshop). Each type of manufacturing has its own specific features.  

 

Metal casting Pressure casting molds can be used for making casts of different geometry depending on press molds. Materials used in manufacturing depend on technical requirements of parts and are purchased in accordance with them. 

 

Plastic pressure casting and plastic casting on automatic molding machine The section of plastic pressure casting produces parts and components using various thermoplastic materials on casting machines with clamping force from 80 to 280 ton-force and volume molded per shot up to 600 cm³.
