Plastic cast molding with automatic molding machines and pressure casting

       

The section of plastic pressure casting produces parts and components with thermoplastic materials using casting machines with clamping force from 80 ton-force to 280 ton-force and volume molded per shot up to 6300 cm³.

In order to produce thermoplastic products of high quality it is necessary to know and consider a number of factors: product design, material, casting mold, casting machine and casting process. All these affect the quality of the end product. 

Two-colored cast molding

One of the most complicated (and the most beautiful) products in the car industry is auto optics, for which parts are normally not less than two-colored. For manufacturing them you need to use the special optical sorts of polycarbonate  which have as its basis raw materials of high quality. Manufacturing of such items is possible only if you use an automatic molding machine which injects to a press mold polymers of different colors in a single cycle.

       

Multicomponent cast molding allows combining different colors and materials in one mold and to get a multicolored product which releases the producer from further product processing. All these at large help to reduce production expenses in general.

Two-component cast molding is still new for Russian producers of auto optical plastic articles. Two-colored cast molding is a complicated process which requires all-round deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
