Autocomponents

In the process of auto components manufacturing several types of work are applied in the assembly workshop. They are performed mechanically or manually:

• assembly and joining of parts by riveting, spot welding, radio composition;
• mechanical processing of parts, drilling and filing of castings;
• dyeing of metal surfaces up to 400 sq cm big with powder paint;
• dyeing of plastic and metal parts with nitrocellulose enamel.

Using all these types of works allows us to produce a wide spectrum of parts and components for the car industry:

• side door handles and trunk handles, including eurohandles for the VAZ family automobiles in different colors according the customers’ will;
• commutators;
• illuminating devices;
• lights for the automobiles VAZ, UAZ and other models.
