The enterprise was founded in 1993 in Ulyanovsk, a large industrial center of Volga region in Russia. The production base was OOO ”UPRZ”.  

In 1993 independent activity of the enterprise began with foundation of the press mold workshop which today is still the basis of the plant’s development, of its competitiveness in the area of manufacturing production for industrial purposes. 

        From the very beginning of its work the enterprise targeted at the combination of high quality with acceptable prices and terms of manufacturing. 

In the end of 1995 we brought two automatic molding machines from Germany. They became the basis of the plastic processing workshop, which today counts more than 30 items of the main equipment.  

Since 1996 in order to drive up demand and to draw new customers the enterprise began to produce spare parts for automobiles UAZ and since that time the product range gradually expands.   

        During 17 years on the market the enterprise made much progress. The period of most active development began in 2003 when we rapidly changed over to the new equipment. As a result, the quality of production, productivity of labor and qualification level of the staff improved. 

A competent system of production planning and organization together with the atmosphere of creative power and friendliness bring good results. The release of complicated products steadily grows. We have mastered manufacturing of the components from the automobile luminaries class (complicated optical systems that must be certified) and we continue to work them out.  

During its presence on the market of tooling and plastic products PoliFormPlast recommended itself as a stable and reliable partner. The main goal of the enterprise is constantly developing:  

  • expansion of manufacture; 
  • introduction of high technologies in the area of metal-working and plastic casting on automatic molding machines; 
  • developing new outlets.
